Pneumatic and Electric Pendant Control Handles:
Jomat Industries line pendants integrate function and versatility, designed to be both visually and economically appealing. A dual valve pneumatic block that can function as a 2-way double signal pilot or a 3-way front exhaust valve, is the heart of the system. Simple piping variations are all that is required to switch from one control function to the next. Single pneumatic blocks are also available that can be used on their own or can be stacked with other components for multi-function capabilities. Single electric 24V blocks are available and can be used independently or can be stacked with other components for multi-function capabilities. Pneumatic and electric modules fit together seamlessly. Modular designs with interchangeable parts improve delivery time as well as service and maintenance requirements. It also allows easy selection of pendant parameters based on specific applications.
Articulating Arms:
Jomat Industries' line of articulating arms integrates function and safety, designed to be both visually and economically appealing. Semi-modular designs with interchangeable parts improve delivery time as well as service and maintenance requirements. It also allows easy selection of arm parameters based on specific applications. Available options may be added to the basic arms to further enhance the desired function. The extensive reach and load capacity of each consecutive arm series provides a family of products that will accommodate almost any application.

J6 ALUMINUM ENCLOSED MONORAIL
A Jomat enclosed aluminum rail system is the foundation of your material handling solution. Our rail systems have been designed and proven to be safe, simple, and cost efficient. Through our strict quality control and machining practices you can be confident that you are using the highest quality, safest product available. Our light weight, weld-free, aluminum rail is easy to install and has minimal overhead space requirements while providing high load capacities. Jomat rail is proven to be well suited for the material handling industry supporting loads directly under the system or cantilevered off to the side with the least amount of trolley “kick up”. The Rail is an enclosed track design ensuring that the running surfaces will be free of debris buildup, providing long term performance. Our rail offers standard safety features required by automotive companies such as redundant end stops and safety cables. Jomat rail can be configured in a wide variety of telescoping or retractable bridge crane extensions as well as floor mounted, ceiling mounted or wall mounted in varying capacities and lengths.
Jomat trolleys are designed to be the smoothest running trolley on the market and are constructed from high grade materials and maintenance free roller bearings. They are designed to accept a safety cable through the trolley and hoist, meeting all the automotive safety standards in the industry.

SIDEWINDER DRIVE TRACTORS
The Jomat Sidewinder System is used to assist an operator with pushing, pulling or moving Lift Assist Fixtures, Bridges and heavier overhead loads along an X-Y Rail System. The system has been proven to be virtually maintenance free and easily installed. All Sidewinder Systems can be ordered with controls set-up for multiple conditions such as Power & Free, Single or Dual drive directions, with automatic home or station to station positioning. The Sidewinder system unlike “Drive Tractors” do not require a drive wheel to make contact with the overhead Rail therefore it can be used with nearly any rail manufactures product. Also unlike a standard Drive Tractor that only drives along one rail the Sidewinder System is typically mounted between the Rail runways for optimal position to move the load without causing Bridge Rails to bind and wear out.
